The US military trains for "subversion" and during an emergency can put troops in the control rooms of ISPs and actual big tech to crack open your encryption like an egg. They can put troops in the Signal Center and even seize the root level connector of the Internet itself. They have played out this scenario and trained for it; and if initially used for the border from a lawfully elected President willing to go along with it.

Then the mission creep will come in. To keep markets from getting too jittery at some point he will declare victory and at some point he will do an outrage too far and a similar movement to BLM will start. Now the military we all thank for their service will grind up and spit out those protesters like gristle in a saw at the Butcher Shop. And the maga paramilitary will be be "deputized" and that's how you get the Republic of Gillead folks.

Passive Resistance - Smart Hippies (2 of 4)

Sun Tzu's Art of War commonly makes points of the importance of logistics, intelligence and controlling the battlefield. Games like Go, Chess, and such show that war is about the machinery of force projection. Resistance without strategy is just aggravation for both those giving it and those receiving it. In an illiberal democracy, the constraints that give human rights to the opposition are not in place, and treaties such as the UN Convention on Human Rights are utterly ignored.

More than anything else, you will need to move like water and adapt tactics. After Jan 20th and the innuguration, I won't be posting these things anymore even though I will be in a location that should allow me to do so. But I dont intend to make myself a target to someone with the resources of the CIA, the FBI and NSA. There is no effective hiding from such organizations as long as I maintain my identity, but I **CAN** hide from Rat Nazis in my life as well as the death squads patrolling social media from the various fascists states. So the most effective kinds of resistance that you can do will be hidden; invisible, and ideally wont even be public symbols of resistance.

Things that publicly challenge the Leader, will get the Leader's wrath. So even putting on a mask in the public square isnt going to work because the police will be more mobile, empowered and equipped to kill or at least detain you and put you in a dark hole making Trump Sneakers for the rest of your life. On the other hand, the more people you can get disillusioned about Nazism, the more you can hope for a critical mass of resistance to make it happen. That is key, because there are a lot of things; not all of which may be legal, to slow down and stop the Nazi machine.

You CAN do anonymous but public facing things, and we'll talk about that tomorrow.

Family

Be support for those who have cut Maga out of their lives. Be a proxy family for someone on the (insert bad here) list for Maga. Even when they go full Phase 4 they cannot tell us who our friends and family are. Until they Neuralink enslave us, we have free will and thus free association.

Don't cut off Maga family entirely (unless its a danger for Core Maga like mine, if you think they will report you, avoid them but dial down contact with them to a minimum, dont share details that they can use to report you, and be there for them when they ask questions about what it's like to be normal and not fascist. Deprogramming from a cult takes a support group. But don't trust them for quite some time.

Religion

If you are overseas, report religions that violate IRS policy to spam up the government. Until they change government policy, report every church you can. And if you know a church that has been Maga but criticizes the leader in any way shape or form, they are fair game and report them to the Leader. Indeed, feel free to lie if there is an anonmyous tip line. Tie up resources. Take up their time. Make sure you use a burner phone or borrow the phone of a nazi.

Even if you publicly need to be a member of one of their nazi churches, make donations to organizations that subvert nazi religions like the Church of Satan, The Military Religous Freedom Foundation, Atheist societies or the society for Secular Humanism even if you are religious.. When we take power back, Religion needs to punished and dialed back in power majorly. They made the culture wars nuclear, so make sure in the shadows America has strong counter religious institutions.

Education

Beg your state leaders to set up a collective fun to help blue districts in Nazi states. If the free peoples of America band together, we can fuck Shitler's attempt to use federal funds to destroy proper education.

Be a Book Squirrel. Buy Banned Books and set up My Little Libraries but also hide them in places where the Nazis won't find them if we go full Farenheight 451.

Show up to your local school board and shout down Nazis. Even clapping your hands and supporting teachers always helps. Nazis arent reasoning, but you can talk to surrender dem state, city and national leaders and make sure they support Education.

I celebrated the last day of what my beloved and I called Greater Halloween, starting in Sept 15th to November 15th where we watched all kinds of wonderful halloween movies and shows. So imagine a world, a spooky mirror universe to our own

Where a general who knew he was about to get fired and maybe eventually put in a reeducation camp read the constitution and read about an obscure office called The President Pro Tempore of the United States of America, who nobody but the Senate Elected, who is a former Democratic Senator named Patty Murry, who is a woman and a democrat. The general who knew that he was going to die, read the clause in the constitution that says that fourth in line to the constitution is The President Pro Tempore. Then he realized that the Supreme Court of the United States had given the President of the United States UNLIMITED POWER as long as it was in their core constitutional duties. And then he remembered the oath of office that every single military officer ratified by the senate or elected to federal office took; that they needed to uphold the constitution.

And then he remembered that the congress hadnt impeached the Supreme Court for making the President Above the Law. Nor had it impeached the court for allowing a patently illegal purge of 1600 votes within 90 days of the election without declaring the law unconstitutional. In other words, it had created an implied power unto itself out of whole cloth like unto Marbudy v Madison, but unlike that implied power this one served no implied duty to the constitution. The constitution does not say that the Supreme Court is able to declare a law unconstitution, but in the execution of its duties granted this power unto itself in order to fulfill the duties given to it by the congress which was constitutionally derided. HOWEVER, the court had just granted itself in blatant constituional crisis fashion the public and blatant existance of the Shadow Docket, using its power to regulate the order of its courts to tell the congress that it and it alone could interpret ITS OWN REGULATION IN FEDERAL LAW. In other words, by ignoring the federal law that said the courts nor the congress were to purge voter registation, the court removed the very concepts of Stare Decisis and Non Malfeasance. If the Court has implied powers, it also has implied duties and among the which should be the preservation of the Republic and the Constitution to which they swore an oath. They legally gave super powers to a rapist and a madman.

Legally, the way to decide politically was two fold. It was the duty of the people; to decide that they would elect a rapist and a mad man. It is the constutional right (literally) of the populace at large to say "we think this man is not a rapist and a madman and we voted for him." It is also the constitutional right of citizens to ignore their right and elect a rapist and a madnamn by proxy by saying "I dont care if he is a rapist or madman. I just don't care." The Citizens of Athens were legally allowed in an Athenian Democracy to Elect a Tyrant. Or you are allowed to MORALLY elect a rapist and a madman by saying "I care about my small party that is unlikely to win more than I think this man is a rapist and a madman." All these things are legal and per the Supreme Court good and true. It is the choice of sufficient numbers of congress to decide that it is not in their oath of office to impeach a rapist and madman or impeach a court that doesnt think he is a rapist and a madman. They can elect by in action in sufficient numbers to render impeachment impossible. The President, granted UNLIMITED POWER by the court, should he so choose, elected not to use that power to honor the constitution of the Republic in which the majority by actual vote, inaction or Moral Election to empower and elect someone the rest of us thought was a Rapist and a Madman. It is the legal right to of the rest of us not to. It is the legal right of the majority to elect a party that says Women may be Raped by the State. It is the right of the Majority to declare that they do not believe it to be Raping a Woman by the State but to collectively saying they are saving the right of the unborn child. That's free speech. That's what the court and the constitution allow.

It is the right of all people not convicted of a felony and sentanced to imprisonment to defend themselves, and the duty of the state to defend those who have lost that right until they regain it again. They become literal wards of the state. Children. It is the right of the state as passed by legislature to strip the rights of those convicted by law. We have a right to defend ourselves. We have a right to a court of law.

So when you, the majority, declare war on we, the minority, per the law of the majority, we have a right to defend ourselves. And you have elected to decide that someone who we think is a rapist and a madman got access to the nuclear codes. And we have a right to defend ourselves.

So if the general, following the law of war and regarded an illegal order to allow the citizens of the united states of america to be raped by the state; went to his superior office. And if his superior office the president of the united states decided to do nothing; then he could go to his boss. The American people? But the people just voted themselves into slavery by Actual Vote, Inaction or Moral Election. A majority. So the only boss left is the caretaker governmant entrusted legally and lawfully to on Jan 20 2025 empower the man a minority view as a Rapist and a Madman. And since the Supreme Court gave UNLIMITED POWER to the president; and the constitution said that the line of succession for President in the Kingdom of America was the President, the Vice President, the Speaker of the House and the ....wait for it....President Pro Tempore. And if you, as a general went around and shot the President, the Vice President and the Speaker of the House and went to the President Pro Tempore and said, "Make me your Vice President right now or you die." And then went over to the senate while in live session and said, "I am the Vice President Elect. You will Elect me such now or Die."

And then he starts shooting them one by one until they understand he is serious. And they do it. And then as president, he rounds up the court and the senate and then shoots them one by one. And declares that the 1789 constitution is null and void and that the states will form a new form of government that outlaws conservatism.

And then rainbow monkeys flew out my butt. This bloody disgusting fantasy is similar to the Turner Diaries. They are a racist and sick antisemetic fantasy that is basically the Wizard of Oz for Nazis. And those of us who didnt elect Trump feel like that right now. You call it TDS. I am having odd psychic resistance in presenting the next two posts in my series - Passive Resistance part 2 and 3 mainly because I am trying to filter out active (ie you get shot) vs passive and how to categorize in a way people will like and be able to use but I am locked on to this like a lamprey so WILL finish it and if you wanna skip to the end seek out my youtube channel and see the Passive Resistance Portion (all none of you) you can hear two year old ideas.

I dont like to talk about issues when not offering solutions. Criticizing is easy, and everyone is doing it. Here are three people with meaningful ideas, not rah rah rah bullshit.

First, an optimistic, and somewhat realistic timeline. I dont think this will happen but this COULD happen so here's hoping.

Second, I was literally wracking my brain for something like this and God provides. Behold Project 2029. I think we need an America Foundation to counter the Heritage Foundation and a progerssive version of Alec. Let Democrats be democrats but we need forces and institutions advocating for America and good ideas independent of them.

Third, here are things to encourage the Surrender Caucus of the Democratic Party to meaningfully do before they all flee to the hills via the Intercept.

Nothing is ever OVER, but Nov 6 2024 appears to be the most Agincourt event of my life time. Bigger than 9/11, bigger than the challenger exploding, bigger than Obamacare, bigger than a Black President...it will affect the lives of everyone in America whether they like it or not. Hell, it affects the definition of what America will be. It is the moment when we went from being a Republic to the Trumpian Dynasty. Whether that is a Dynasty of One or a malfunctioning inbred line of Ivanka / Donald force bred babies (Her body his choice....)

The point being, this isnt just AMERICA going away, but the very IDEA of America.

No one has tried an Athenian democracy since Athens for a reason. America is going to be the poster child of why the Republic is a shit idea. Oh I mean sure I can be wrong, but for purposes of this post, Putin got what he wanted.

The world is going to become a series of spheres of influence. Turning back the clock to the 19th century. Europe will become a power. BRICS is all about regional powers and spheres of influence. Indeed, South America would do well to start eyeing Brazil....or get nukes. India already controls the countries around it and China will without the US to protect its allies like South Korea. Japan may be a surprise contender.

Ironically, the one power that may fail in this world order is Russia; the Sick Man at the Table, America as it was is gone but it still has the largest military on the planet and a total collapse of the economy wont make that go away over night (But we'll discuss that in a new post). The important thing to understand about all of this is that fascist countries dont cooperate with each other unless its against a common enemy, and with the implosion of the United States (which will soon own Greenland btw since last I check Denmark doesnt have nukes), is that Climate cooperation is impossible. I mean they might want to; even try, Russia and China pay lip service to it and strategically do things to improve their image but since image doesnt matter any more and all truth is propoganda, then the cold war mentality that let China invest in EV's and moving away from Coal might not be there.

Which means we all die.

Passive Resistance - Dead Hippies (1 of 4)

Maybe my opinion of the Trump Regime are over blown (They're not) but maybe some things are just early...

Folks, after Stop Cop City, we know that the regime is in coordination with cops. Biden didnt really ever purge the DHS of the elements that lost evidenciary text messages or rounded up BLM Portland protesters in unmarked vans or threw out homeless people for a trump church bible opportunity...ALL of those people plus the insane CBP and INS agents who put kids in cages. The centrist corporate dems (who lost) are naval gazing and are like 'wE sHoUlD hAvE nAzIeD tHe BoRdEr HaRdEr'...seriously? All police unions endorsed Maga. If you see a cop, you know they likely voted Nazi or voted for a union that did...

So, you know the cops are nazis...and you know they've got cameras on their bodies and their cars and every business tied up to facial recognition software owned by Peter Thiel and that they own surplus former military equipment. In short, the police have become soldiers, and that makes the people the enemy. So you would think that the dems would realize they are about to live in an active police state and fight this, right? Not so much. You see the Party can't be wrong, and so the Party has to cooperate with their AIPAC masters and do what AIPAC wants, and since protest 'threatens israel' then protest is bad; all protest is bad. Dem Mayors and Dem policians are not your friend. Punching Hippies is what the dems do.

Anyway if you are going to protest anyway to be Brave, then here are some basic things to do.

Do everything on this list. With some exceptions. Don't 'check your phone settings'. If you can, get a burner flip phone instead of bringing your regular phone. If you must bring your regular phone, get a Faraday Cage bag. And don't just assume it works; physically try calling your phone while its in the bag. Sting Ray can ping your phone and see where you are at all times. And that's old tech. The NRO Spy Satelite Guy is all making nice with a nazi. This is another interesting list but especially this part.

Don't shake hands, hug, share drinks or engage in long face-to-face conversations.

Stay vigilant - while you may have every intention to demonstrate peacefully, realize that protests have the potential to become unsafe quickly.

Document injuries with photos and note the time and location.

When protesting in an area in an occupied Nazi state, monitored and responding to militarized nazi police, be aware that the entirity of the government is against you, and that the rights that you thought you had are effectively gone. I can conceive of many outcomes of what I might do, maybe Switzerland will say I suck and toss me out and let the Mrs Stay after 3 months, but I will not be joining the protesters despite the admiration I have at their courage. Because the Leader has encouraged their deaths. Don't believe Maga lies about anything, especially about how conservatives love free speech and protest. They consider Jan 6th a 'peaceful protest.' Now the Leader is going to pardon them, which means even if you protest before Jan 20th, the murder police know they can shoot you and get away with it.

Non violent protest is to be admired and has done a lot of good throughout the world, but know what you are getting into under the regime. The rules have changed. Going out and banging pots and pans unless it is part of a mass general strike is a good way to get shot. Tactics would be wise to change.

First, where are you gonna go? If you are famous and a dem, you can go anywhere you like because you can get political asylum. You need another way.

First off all, the easy button is to go to a country that actually wants you. The Four Phases of Modern Fascism and Trump

In my observation of governments that go down the fascism path, there are four phases and I want talk about them so you can understand how things will go down, and what and when the risks are.

Phase 0

Regular Governments have Rule of Law and tend to stabilize after 30-40 years. Even states that arent really free, but somewhat stable (like Thailand) fall into this category. There are rules, even if unspoken ones and a legitimate non governmental society.

Phase 1 - The One Party State

Most illiberal democracies fall into this path and there is still quite a bit of variety between them. China, pre Xi as well as Turkey and Hungary both fall here. Turkey and Hungary still have rules, though Turkey has much stronger traditions than Hungary, and Turkey even survived a coup. The biggest indicator of whether a state is Phase 0 vs Phase 1 is typically restrictions on the Press. Modi has made India somewhere between Phase 1 and Phase 0, whereas Orban and Edrogan have made their media behave like well trained dogs. The biggest difference between Phase 1 and Phase 2 is the courts or centers of power away from the leader or factions within the party. Basically, can ANYONE, even from the party itself tell the Leader no, and in Turkey and Hungary the answer is still yes even if it must be done in back channels.

Phase 2 - The Dictatorship

The difference between a Phase 2 and Phase 3 fascist state is a subtle one, but usually it happens with weaker or saner dictators, and the dictator tends to run things in a coherent or stable fashion. He spends most of his time actually making things work or governing, rather than making things about him or stealing occurs but it is tastefully kept in the shadows. China is here; the party revolves around Xi but Xi has not yet gone full Mao. Russia, prior to the Ukraine war, was here. No one dared challenge Putin but he still wanted to keep things on the down low, which is why he was pissed when Navalny exposed his theft of public funds. The main difference between Phase 2 and Phase 3 is how much push back the leader does for absconding funds for gold plated statues of themselves.

Phase 3 - Full Fascist State

The Leader begins to make the State about them. China under Mao reached this stage, with the little red book becoming the dominant and required reading material. Putin has now basically turned Russia into this out of paranoia and necessity. Dictators who are still sane tend to fall into this category, and ultimately this is where most of them want to be. Only Benevolent Dictators keep things in Phase 1 or Phase 2; and there are a few in history. Strong Kings also tended to keep things in Phase 1 or Phase 2. One of the primary reasons for this is, Civil War is more likely the farther down this track they fall, and if the leader makes things too much about them, then collapse tends to occure. North Korea is technically a 3, but has found a somewhat strange stability at 2.9 allowing the heir to exist in their shadow until ready to take over without being directly threatened by the heir.

Phase 4 - Full Turkmenistan

If you haven't heard about Turkmenistan, you can watch this video. I refer to this as the full Batshit phase. North Korea basically lives here, but manages to customize things in other ways. Countries that do this typically become the laughing stock of the world. Final Nazi Germany, the Khmer Rouge, Turkmenistan, Stalin's Russia, Nicolai Chauchesku etc all live here. Days of the week are renamed, executions happen by anti aircraft gun. Small docs are made illegal just because the leader can. The color white or the color red can be banned on principal. 1984, the Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland, ful on fucking madness.

So how fast will America be destroyed? This is subjective opinion but here is my progostication.

America is Phase 0 until Jan 20th. Technically, we crossed into Phase 1 when the Rape Court allowed Virginia to illegally purge 1600 voters the night before the electoin, but singular anomolies don't make a full transition. The real transition will be when opposition media are silenced. This will likely happen within the first year, potentially the first month if Trump goes full Desanti which he has publicly threaened to do. Florida is DEFINITELY a Phase 1 territory but a Phase 0 overlord government like the EU for Orban or the federal government for Desanti can slow this down. There is no Phase 0 overlord government for the United States of Nazi America.

Phase 2 can happen any time Trump wants. Because Trump owns the Republican Party now, which basically means, the instant Trump WANTS to move to Phase 2, he can. No one in the Republican Party who didnt endorse Harris will be the slightest obstacle to the Orange Shitler, including the Rape Court, the House or the Senate. He also has full immunity for anything he does. It is inevitable that this stage will happen but it happens by default the instant he either outlaws the democrats or messes with an election or simply arrests political prisoners with no explantion of why simply beyond the fact that he can.

Phase 3 will initially happen as cultural tribute; we already see nazis doing this. When federal funds are openly directed towards statues of trump then we are approaching this. The Oklahoma Trump Bible is another example of this and when it goes federal then we know we're in Phase 3. Anything with Trump's face on it, or when we start seeing wholseale billions being directed towards Trump or even Musk or Thiel or Bezos, then we know we are here. Indeed, given that the electoral coup was orchestrated by billionares, we might skip Phase 1 and 2 and go straight to Phase 3.

What most Trump voters want is Phase 1 and laugh at the idea that we will get to Phase 2 or beyond. They naively believe that the constitution and American democratic tradition are so strong, that we can't possibly become a dictaroship because the constitution says it can't. They naively assume that because the American Republic is so old and formerly strong that it can't hapepn here. The only fringe benefit besides what I wrote about yesterday in enjoying the pain of Nazis is that the Entitlement from Birth that most Americans have is going to have a nice pin prick intheir balloon. Eurpeans are naturally skeptical of propganda and jingoism because of the two world wars and they and their parents and their grandparents grew up seeing the physical reminders of ruination that came from it. Disgusting and naive and indifferent Americans are going to get a taste of it; because even those who escape the whims and caprice of the Leader wont escape the inevitable civil war that will come when the Republic and Constitution are destroyed and there is no authority in government but force of will of the anemic and valueless Republican Party and the state of Trump for Trump by Trump.

How I Voted

I voted by mail. I live in Salem, MA.

I voted for Harris for President. Despite my severe anger with the Biden administration for playing around with taking care of the American Nazi infestation, I felt not dying of heat death or having everyone I know except some Maga family killed by random Maga terrorists or placed in camps was a better choice than a rapist felon fascist.

I voted for Elizabeth Warren. Despite the Kosa Bullshit she and Markey voted for, she has been all about progressive values and holding AIPAC to account for its murderous policies and the silencing of American voices.

I voted for NO ONE for US Congress. Representative Seth Moulton ran unopposed and I wrote in "The People of Gaza" since he is among the most pro AIPAC members of the democratic caucus. I voted for Harris because I dont hate Gaza and want the people to die there of a heat death, but I fully acknowledge that AIPAC favors more in her mind than people being murdered to build cheap condos. Seth doesnt deserve even that consideration.

For all the offices I dont know, and didnt see any meaningful reason to vote for the American Nazi/Republican party.

I researched all 5 ballot questions and was inclined to vote yes until I got a fucking phone book from the "Steering Committee" of the Massachusets state legislature which spoke ad naseum about why all 5 referundums are bad; BUT OFFERED NO ALTERNATIVE. There was no 'we acknowledge this problem exists and here is what we are going to do instead' and mainly they just seemed to hate that alternatives to the legislature exist, and that made me DEFINITELY vote for all five. And I called my State Senator and told her so.

Question 1 audits the State Legislature. No one else does. More importantly, the USELESS phone book my legislature sent me saying "bAlLoTs BaD" shows they have more money than they know what to do with. DEFINITE YES.

Question 2 removes the state standardized testing; but standardized testing is a Nazi/Republican idea and we've recently been dealing with Romneycare which is like Obamacare but a few more problems and not impressed. Why should a child have to leap through hoops for a test designed to make some company money? Schools should teach and thats what FUCKING GRADES ARE FOR. DEFINITE YES.

Question 3 lets Uber Driver's unionize. This is a no brainer. Unions are a human right and the only way to make Capitalists treat you with any decency whatsoever. The democratic party depends on unions and the fact that the stale isolationist one party democrat state of Mass decided that it could spit on unions is why I am not just yes but DEFINITELY YES on this issue.

Question 4 lets people grow and consume Shrooms. Richard Nixon created the DEA to attack minorities and hippies. Conservatives love Drug Laws, which means I hate them because if a Conservative is Speaking, a Conservative is Lying. DEFINITELY YES.

Impending Death Splurge - Risk Management

Let me give you a thumb nail on Risk Management. It's the science of reducing risk as a strategic science. The most common tool is a ROAM chart which lets you Reduce, Own, Accept or Mitigate the risk. The first trick to do this is to divide risks into categories of impact and probability. For example, a low risk low impact risk to voting is that you have slightly higher taxes. Odds are, neither party is goingt to raise taxes that much, and the impact for most people wont really be that high. Whereas, a High Impact, Low Risk possibility would be if Harris suddenly gets mind controlled by Nazis and implement the Woke Virus turning us all into the Commie Mutant Pig Dog Traitor Bathroom Confused Zombies that they accuse everyone left of Hitler of being.

That's not what matters though.

By definition, the risk one should plan for first and most are high probability, high impact risk. The other risks dont matter comparatively. There is 100 percent certainty that Trump has surrounded himself with yes men, racists and fascists who can and will lie to do whatever it takes to maintain and seize power. We've seen that with their court challenges. This isnt speculation on my part, its fact. Why then, would we assume that those willing to break the law and lie like they breathe and support armed insurrection wouldnt plan to prevent or cheat in future elections? I mean, it would be kind of dumb not to, wouldn't it?

There are some levels of risk that you just have to accept. Alien invading? VERY VERY low risk, very very high impact. You just accept that risk and move on with your day. What can you do?

But when you CAN mitigate a risk? That's insane not to do everything in your power to address. And voting is so simple. You show up, you check a box. Men have fought and died for your ability to do that, and you can repay them by not voting for nazis.

But there is another layer. When conducting Risk Analysis, one should include all the factors. Specifically, I refer to people who feel it is a risk to vote for Democrats because they dont want to reward their support of AIPAC and Israeli war crimes. I've spoken about this before. Not so much on my blogs or this blog in particular due to the AIPAC habit of deplatforming me and others who dont like what they do. But despite Russian ties to fruitloops like Jill Stein and RFK JR, I do understand the desire to avoid rewarding evil behavior. But the problem with this, is that the risk reward benefit for this behavior makes no sense.

From a Risk Management standpoint, rewarding bad behavior is a High Impact, High Probability risk. People who have a problem with Israel know with one hundred percent certainty that the democratic party can and will do whatever it is that AIPAC wants with a few notable exceptions. They also know that the Republicans will do the same thing but worse. The logic basically is make the democrats pay now, regret their behavior and court the far left for votes in a future election. The problem with this is that the other High Impact, High Probability risk of NEVER HAVING AN ELECTION AGAIN, nullfies any potential benefit for this strategum.

Yesterday the Supreme Court made a ruling that made no sense unless you know how to look. Youngkin only tried to purge 1600 voters in a purple approaching blue state. Literally NO poll shows Trump winning. Yet the Rape court ruled 6-3 in favor of ignoring federal law and letting him perform this illegal action.

The situation is very fluid, but by the indicators I trust, Harris may win MASSIVELY on Tuesday, but its not over. Impending Death Splurge - Court Nullification

The elaborate series of checks and balances in the 1789 constition breaks down when two of the three branches of government are compromised. For example, if the Presidency is working, but the congress and courts are corrupt; the President's check on selecting the court do nothing. Congress is supposed to impeach the courts if they go berserk, but when one half of the two houses is run by nazis, then they will impeach nothing. The constitution says nothing about the court legislating unilaterally, but if everyone treats the court as if it CAN do so, then it is granted godking like powers that are found nowhere in the document.

Today, the US Supreme Court let stand a lower court ruling that allows Virginia to purge 1600 voters IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW. The 1789 constitution makes the court the supreme one in the land, but NOWHERE does it give it the ability to simply Ignore the Law. Even if you accept Marbury v Madison, let's be clear here. The US Supreme Court did NOT declare the 90 day Federal Moritorium on changing voter rolls unconstiutional.

They just ignored it.

When I called my Senator to beg him for Biden to have a plan, ANY plan besides "an army of lawyers" and "Shocked Pikachu Face" if the court just says,"Donald Trump is President" IGNORING the Electoral College. The democratic plan seems to be "well surely they wont..." THEY JUST DID. They just IGNORED the law, unconstitutionally. The constitutional check and balance is impeachment. Yet congress wont do that. What is plan B?

Ladies and gentlemen, let me answer that for you. The answer is that there is no plan. Short of a full Andrew Jackson there is NO PLAN. "An army of lawyers" only works if the courts are not rampantly corrupt. And if Biden doesnt do anything, that's how you get an actual civil war folks. Where the presidency is CLEARLY given to Harris in an election and the courts just give it to Trump anyway, if Biden sits on his hands, then the bad guys win even if everyone knows its illegal and the military is going to most likely follow the person the chief justice administrers the oath of office to and is sitting in the white house EVEN IF IT IS PATENTLY ILLEGAL. If the President goes along with it, AN UNENFORCED LAW DOES NOT EXIST.

Why would we do anything but align the totality of every element of our society; cultural, technological, government, commercial and even religion to remove the fucking threat? The Enemy from Within is real and its the American Nazi party, that has adopted nazi ideals. I have a real legitimate fear from Maga Proximate Family that on Day 1 I will be reported to the enemies list. If you are naive, drunk and stupid enough to believe that the 2020 election is stolen, you are capable of reporting me for Stasi like camps. These people want to take a woman and shackle her to a hospital bed to have her rapist's baby. They lie like they breathe. They will change what they believe to fit the moment as dictated by the leader.

Why should these people be allowed to participate in society? Why should these people be allowed to raise children? Why should anyone who wants to reinstitute slavery for their religion or over turn our republic with cheating and false allegations of electoral fraud for their minority beliefs be accorded any degree of mercy or dignity? Impending Death Splurge - Dismantling Capitalism

I dont really expect any of my ideas to make it into the final form of a constitution, but they are useful for thought execizes, and let's assume the following for this one:

-The National Chorus is given the authority to create charters for businesses hoping for a similar shielding that Corporations have today.

-Businesses must register at the Federal Level given the failure of states to properly regulate corporations.

-Capitalism has no right to consider itself an inherently useful and non dangerous ideology, merely needs to be shown that it always causes statification and corruption being baseline criticisms, but the fact that Capitalism was used to deliberately delay the already herculean task of climate change means that Capitalism may NEVER make the defense that "it works better than the other systems." It doesn't. It just a pretty good system that works until it runs out of other people's money to pay for it.

-Since the new government will bypass the existing congress, there is no inherent obligation to preserve the existing status quo since almost all money earned in the last 50 years was earned by theft or corrupt regulatory capture. That means all if it is subject to ethical claw back.

-Therefore, former corporations will be forced to PROVE that they provide a public benefit to the new society rather than just automatically retain its liscence to operate. It can be turned into a worker owned collective charged by the government. Almost all wealth in America is created by theft, which means all of it can be redistributed.

With these postulates, I will throw out the idea of killing two birds with one stone. Use companies willing to help the new government transition as getting a 20 year moratorium on their disolution in the United States as long as they dont try to transfer their wealth out of the United States, provide an accepted public good (besides making profit for their shareholders), and that they dont fund conservativism or other terrorists or enemies of the United States at home and abroad.

This will create a herd effect. As businesses begin to realize that the new constitutional movement is serious, they will realize that the talk of disbanding them will also be taken seriously. Capitalist help to promote and encourage the new government could speed the movement directly. Enemy companies that want to take away the right of the people to rewrite the constitution without being bound to the rules set by slave owners; fully in compliance with international law, would make the case in their future trial before the National Chorus that their company should not be granted a charter and in certain cases, like Fox News, referred to the Hague for trial on Crimes Against Humanity for climate change denial.

Companies that elected to responsibile governance structures, including encouraging unions and encouraging worker ownership of a significant amount of the company would be welcome in the new regime. Organizations that elected to champion fascism would and should be treated accordingly.

Eventually, a philosophy that is coherent and opposing Capitalism will emerge, but for now, taking anti capitalist steps including severe financial regulation, total destruction of business free speech, and the requirement that federal charters be used to force these organizations to serve the public that allows them to exist are all steps in the right direction that could actually work.

The Election itself will go fine. There is no guarantee of anything but all the indicators that I actually trust and follow common sense say Harris has this in the bag.

It is now well known that Donnie Darko is not receiving public funding for the transition and some people believe that means he plans to steal the election. We knew this the instant he wouldnt admit he lost and ran for relection. We know he has said he will plan the 1/6 Treason Weasels, and we know that he has said he will pardon anyone else. The court gave him a writ of immunity as a virtue signal that if he gets them a case similar to Bush v Gore, they will steal the election.

Time is running out Prior to Jan 20th to plan for the coming coup, but if you want to know how to do this, watch this video. If you want to know what things will be like under a Trump regime, watch this video instead. If you want to be as prepared as possible, watch/listen to both.

The election will be fine. Its the stuff Trump is going to do after to make noise or say that the whole thing was rigged and who will be moving to help him do that that is in question. Expect the entire Republican party that hasnt endorsed Kamala Harris to join with the Leader on messaging on this. Heaven and Earth will be moved to try to move the election to the House of Represenatives or to the Supreme Court or both. Even if the EC is 300 to 157, the Republican Party will contest the results and say that Trump is the leader. This is the price you pay for allowing lying and making it legal. You allow an entire party and wing of ideology to create a false narrative and be willing to steal the results of the election, even when they're asking you to ignore the noon day sun.

The point is, you're going to see noise and chaos. There is no conceivable way this will be over with the election and it very likely wont even be over after (or if) Harris takes the oath of office. You see, you have to remember, BIDEN is the President until 1/20, and while every Bluewho will cheer about Biden's wise choice to step aside for Harris, the fact is he COULD do so the day after the election. Yes, she has a vital role tie breaking in the senate as VP, and yes, a divided senate might not allow Walz to serve as VP, meaning its dangerously putting Johnson as one heart beat from the presidency. On the other hand, Biden is tired, and has already shown no willingness to deal with Dejoy, Garland or Wray or anyone else right of center in the government or remotely Trump leaning.

So use logic here. If we know with ONE HUNDRED PERCENT certainty that the Republicans will use ANY and EVERY excuse they can to bring the election before the supreme court, then that also means that the Rape Court will go along with almost ANY decision that makes Trump president or even just kicks the decision to the House. But if the court makes a blatantly and unconstitutional decision to just throw the election to the Republicans, then the President who has immunity from prosecution for his official acts; and has a choice. Will he abide by the court or the constitution? His oath of office is to the constitution but if the court ignores it there is no other constitutional option save impeachment (which I mean, its Congress....) or to refuse to enforce an unconstitutional decision. Can we REALLY count on Biden to do this?

Ergo why Harris should take over as President the day after the election; it wont happen but its well worth the risk not to make Biden have to decide to enforce the will of the people or not....

Impending Death Splurge - The Deep State as the Ally of the Rural

We've previously argued about the idea that a majoritarian electronic democracy with very reliaable non corruptible state structures could actually work in a way that makes no one happy but makes Representative Democracy look as quaint as Fuedal Monarchies did in terms of abusive structures. But if Just In Time flat structures do exist; with the bite of the state but the nearest utopian style minimalism that reality still demands for a functional state. But for the state to do the things that most people want it to do like deliver the mail and protect you from slavery and poverty and loniliness it will need to have structures. It will need to have institutions. And at some point, you make decisions in a fair society based on geographic region. It is only acceptable to make decisions by region rather than by population when you get to the level at which society must regard the needs of the one with the needs of the many. The many MUST recognize the needs of the invidivudal, because the individual is the many.

Which is a lot of fancy words for saying take what history says with a very heavy dump truck of salt. On the other hand, in the normal real world, people want to have a reason to get up in the morning; have something to do, and not worry about their basic needs like feeding themselves, clothing themselves, and being able to spend their time doing the things that they want to do and do it at level for their own needs not those of a small elite few who are particularly assholes. That means democracy, there is no way around that, and that means that there will be disagreements about how to do things. So you need to decide where we need to be free as a society and be free as an individual and they are not the same and they are the same. And extermists will continously and sometimes with out reason push their own view there; when most of the time common sense and intuition says it has to be a balance, and that no one can really decide what that balance is but the majority.

But everyone lives somewhere. And your sense of where that somewhere is may very. For some people, their whole world is a part of a city that is a few blocks and everything they would ever want government to do should cover that area and what those people in that area would want is all government should ever be or do. And then there are some who believe the world should have no borders and that anything that happens within those borders should apply to everybody everywhere. And for most of us, we dont really think of the world like that. We just want things to be normal and let us care about what we care about. But for those fringes, it isnt about me or you but really about grouping people all as one big whole for everything that it is they care about against the things that people in one part of the country want compared to everyone else. And those people will form coalitions of the things they want. That's been happening for as long as we can remember.

Even in a minimalist flat utopia, nobody wants to have trash dropped where they live, no one wants to be the last in line for resources or even the newest upgrade to vital technology like telephones or the internet or whatever random thing it is next infrastructure wise. Your system of government needs to understand a sliding scale of invidivuality by geography to understand that you cant let a group of people dominate even a small geographic area against its will any more than you can decide to make just .000001% of your population be slaves. You are either all the way against slavery, or you are a slaver. And no one wants just a little poop in their sandwich. That means in a just society, a truly just society you need to balance the needs of the city or even the city block against the needs of a nation. You need to treat the people of 16th street and Elm just the same as you treat the people of Wyoming.

And to me, the sweet spot for that to happen isnt some demonic compromise of self sovereignty of the many by minority geographic tyranny. Its to make sure that when the rubber hits the road to decide whether a street is going to get paved here or there, that both parties have an equal voice in the room. And that means that the people who show up and engage in the policy making at the institutional level have to have the right to do that. It comes to how you spend your time and focus. I dont have all the answers, but I know at the department level, the actual top level of execution, those that want to be in a self identified geographic location should be able to have their interests equally represented. And I dont know what that structure will look like, but I imagine a just version would be as chaotic as the web of life itself.

Impending Death Splurge - Abolish the States

I come not to Praise the States, but to Bury Them.

So let's start off with the fact that I am not biased against Rural areas, but rather evil, and since Conservatism is the most consistent and reliable form of evil and one of the areas conservatism tends to manifest the most is in Rural areas, be aware of my perspective. Indeed, to me, Rural areas should be serene and dynamic places with schools just as good as cities, where people can work from home and still live and shop locally. Before dealing with a psychotic boomer landlord, we had nothing but positive experiences in Greenfield MA, but that is because the state actually provides some decent infrastructure for the city in education and other benefits instead of turning it into Laboratories for Meth. The term "Laboratories for Democracy" refers to a supposed strength of the federal system in which the states can try localized solution to wide spread problems. And sometimes this has worked; the legalization of marijuana, reform of Gay Marriage etc, but for every success there are ten failures.

The American South and its record on rights and now the American Red State and its record supporting fascism is simply unacceptible. And for a long time, rural areas have resented cities and in several states in America, fuck things up for them as much as possible. Almost every red state does this; as well as New York. in the case of Illinois or Oregon, its the opposite with more progressive and enlightened urban areas dominating the politics of the rural areas. Needless to say, what you never see in any state except Massachusets, Vermont or Hawaii are education rural areas fighting educatated urban ones. When 47 out of 50 laboratories let a third of their employees snack on lead paint chips like potato chips, then something is not working. And the States allow walking talking pieces of Excrement like Desantis or Noem or Abbot to literally terrorize their citizens, then its time to review the entire concept of the state.

So if we federalized the functions provided by the states, what would that mean? Well, it would mean that if we had a decent federal system of ranked choice voting and multiple parties and federal recalls then conservatives could never steal the opportunities of children ever again. It would mean a federalized police force would have federal standards for murder police; and dont get me wrong, federal law enforcement still murder with impunity but the worst offenses still get investigated by the inspector general and the FBI instead of off the chain sherrif departments or private militias taking over local governments with banned books and terrorism in local towns. We would have parties that were better balanced.

The consistent thing I keep hearing from liberals about the solution to nazification is education. And that is readily apparent in Massachusets; centuries of prioritizing literacy and education has made Western Massachusets remarkably nazi free for a rural area. But the operative term there is centuries. And let's remember that Europe still has its nazi parties in the far right or its nazi adjascent ones in conservative ones. But Europe has until the last few years proven far more resistant to nazification, and none of them except Germany had a federal structure. And yet despite the anti nazi laws (which I approve of) the AfD is running amok in the rural east. And its not like Germany hasnt spent money there. No, when you have local governments of a certain size, there is a risk of conservatives taking tehm over.

Now until the last few years, I've always liked Federalism. I still love the system in theory, but I have to ask this to counter the idea...Which of your rights do you want conservatives stealing or fucking up? Conservatives fuck up and corrupt and destroy everything they touch, and while they might gain control of a national government, they can be redone at the national level. Do you want your kids to grow up ignorant? Or framed for taking drugs they never touched by the local cops? Do you want your parks ruined and slimed by polluting businesses? Even your local traffic ordinances can be weaponized by fascism to try to kill you or have no safety mechanisms whatsoever. I know I dont want conservatives in charge of anything, and one way to do it is to ensure that there are no local governments for them to destroy and corrupt.

Impending Death Splurge - Gaming Out the Constitution

So I've said before that we need constitutional societies to teach this as a wide spread cultural practice; we should have lectures on new constitutions and whole univerisity departments but they should also be as common as historical reenactments. The province of reform and better government are something that belong to all of us and you can't have a grass roots democracy if there isnt civic training and civic participation. But classes are not a proper measure of how to do this. One of the most educational experiences I ever had was a program in high school called Youth in Government where we went to the Colorado State Legislature to actually make mock bills and have a shadow governor, shadow senators, shadow press agents and shadow representatives. Government is a practical active skill and all members of a democracy should understand actively how it works. When you know what a legislative committee is or what your legislators are doing it makes it less arcane which increases transparency and accountability. You know, for example, how terrible Republicans are in doing any kind of governance whatsoever, and how inept democrats are at treating fascism like the threat that it is.

One of the most interesting LARPs I've ever taken part in is the NSDM or National Security Decision Making Game, where two cells are typically made with roles and political positions representing the interests and structures of two competing governments and a baroque but functional system to resolve mirrors of the real world for things like the US vs North Korea or Iran vs Saudia Arabia etc. The games dont mimic the real world exactly, nor would they pretend that, but they are great ways to highlight one system vs another and how they actually work when the sausage of decision making actually takes place. My perfect example of how to do an exercize that could happen in every school in America would be a three day session, where you spend the first day teaching people the basics of what a constitution is, what governments around the world have done and what will be happening the other two days. The second day would be a larp and also a constitutional design session where you actually make a functional government (or disfunctional government) and the third would be a larp showing the government that people just made actually working in a crisis. This serves many purposes; including demystifying the process of making one, and also ensuring that people see the consequences for design decisions; like how baroque the Electoral College is and how it is a miracle that it took until 2020 before it was a serious threat to our democracy.

I really intend to run this eventually; though stability has thus far not allowed. In another blog I'm doing a bucket list and will be adding this to a bucket list. I think that the value of this exercize is you can explore about a lot of different systems of government and see what works, and once you do you can also see how easy it is to find something that works a hell of a lot better than the current crap 1789 constitution. I've said it before and I'll say it again; the 1789 constitution at the TIME IT WAS MADE, was brilliant and well ahead of its time; visionary even. But we've had close to 250 years to learn lessons from it and we've learned a lot, many of which I am applying as able to this political blog, but the short version of it is, the current systme is clearly not working by any defintion of the word and needs to be reformed. The problem is, we've ossified as a culture and trust our 'political leaders' to have our interests or that some other magical leader will come along and initiate this process.

I've made a poem about it, but I'll retell the story here. Once I sat in a movie theater with my wife and the projector stopped working. It was a crowded tehater, andw e all sat there waiting for someone to fix it. Five minutes went by, and I looked around, and it was apparent that everyone else was thinking the same thing. I stood and went and got the people to fix the damn thing. I have always known and understood that there is no "Someone Else." I dont agree with the politics of the documentary "Waiting for Superman" but I do like the point of the title and the point the documetary that people knew education wasnt working but that they were all sitting around waiting for some magical messiah to fix things. To fix our political process we all need to roll up our sleeves and come up with a strategy and then take over the democratic party (since the Republican party is broken and pointless beyond repair) and initiate a constitutional fix.

It sounds like pie in the sky, but what's the alternative? It's not like the Democrats are actually going to fix things on their own. Why should they? They have a good thing going where they force progressives to vote for them by threatening them with the nazi republicans, and thanks to Duviger's Law and a lack of Ranked Choice Voting make third parties effectively non existant and useless in the United States. Even if the Republican Party implodes; what's waiting in the wings? The Lying Liberatians or the Russian Anti Vaxer Greens? Its the Democrats or nothing, and we need a whole hell of a lot more at this point to fix things than just a couple of laws. The Democrats always promise to make us live in Shangrila if they get the Holy Trifecta, but those are at best incremental reforms and dont address the fact that the 1789 Constitution allowed one of the two parties to become full on insurrectionist Nazis and has totally failed to address climate change. Look, I'm not saying the democrats havent done good things; Biden's Infrastructure Reduction Act and the Election Security Act were good things, but neither of them nor a damn thing that Biden has done or that Harris promises to do if she gets the Magical Holy Trifecta (blue no matta who!!!) will fix the underlying problem of Nazis.
